Reset Your Password in Cotillo

If you’ve forgotten your password or need to reset your login credentials, follow the steps below.

Step 1: Start from the Login Page

From the Cotillo login screen, click “Forgot password?” below the password field.

This will take you to the password reset page.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

On the reset screen:

• Enter the email address associated with your Cotillo account
• Click “Send Instructions”

You’ll receive an email with a secure password reset link.

Step 3: Check Your Email

Open the email from Cotillo and click the “Reset Password” button.

If you don’t see the email:

• Check your spam/junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email address

Step 4: Create a New Password

You’ll be directed to a secure page where you can:

• Enter your new password
• Confirm your password

Password must be at least 8 characters.

Step 5: Confirm and Log In

Click “Confirm” to complete the reset.

You can now log in to Cotillo using your new password.

Notes

• Password reset links may expire for security reasons
• If your link expires, simply repeat the steps above
• If you continue to have issues, contact support

For faster access in the future, consider saving your password securely using your browser or a password manager.
